The Basics

Glow District Studio (operated by Glow District Studio LLC) puts on 21+ blacklight paint night experiences in the Milwaukee area. By buying a ticket, opting in to our SMS list, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

Tickets

• All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else at no cost.
• If we cancel an event for any reason, you get a full refund.
• Event dates and times may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If timing changes, you will be notified by email or SMS (whichever you opted into).
• Tickets are non-transferable to other events unless we explicitly say otherwise.
• Each ticket covers one person. Everyone in your party needs their own ticket.

Age and ID

• All Glow District Studio events are 21 and over. No exceptions.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door.
• If you cannot provide valid ID at check-in, you will not be admitted and no refund will be issued.

Glow Club Membership

• Every ticket purchase includes activation of your Glow Club Founding Member status at no additional cost for the first several events (the Member Activation fee is waived).
• Glow Club members receive benefits including 24-hour early access to future events, loyalty pricing protection, and other perks we may add.
• When the Member Activation fee is no longer waived, existing members keep their locked-in ticket price and non-members pay the then-current price plus the activation fee.
• Glow Club benefits may change. We will notify members of any material change.

At the Event

• Arrive 10-15 minutes before your session starts. Late arrivals may not be seated.
• You are responsible for your own conduct. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the venue for behavior we consider unsafe or disrespectful to staff or other guests. No refund will be issued in that case.
• Alcohol is available for purchase at the venue. No outside drinks.
• Paint, canvases, and brushes are yours to take home.
• Photo and video may be taken at the event for our social media. If you do not want to appear in media, tell our staff at the door.

SMS and Communications

• By opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing SMS from Glow District Studio at the number you provide.
• Consent to SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Liability

• Attend at your own risk. By attending, you agree that Glow District Studio LLC, our staff, instructors, and venue partners are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or lost items at the event.
• UV paint may stain clothing. Wear something you don't mind getting paint on.

Intellectual Property

The Glow District Studio name, logo, branding, and all site content belong to Glow District Studio LLC. You may not use them without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the "last updated" date changes. Continuing to use the site or attend events after an update means you accept the new terms.
